I opened Reza’s because I couldn’t find pizza in Buffalo that tasted the way I remembered — dough that took its time, sauce made from real tomatoes, toppings that actually meant something. So I started making it myself. Every pizza, wing, and fry we serve still goes through that same standard. I won’t send anything out of this kitchen that I wouldn’t put on my own table. That’s not a marketing line. It’s just how we were raised. Thank you for being part of our story.
